Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Homestronhold, available at homestronhold.top, handles information when authorized users use the content publishing and scheduling service.
Information We Process
The service may process account details, connected channel metadata, uploaded media, captions, scheduled post content, publishing settings, authentication data, API tokens, integration status, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to authenticate users, connect platform integrations, schedule and publish posts, maintain the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with applicable obligations.
Third-Party Platforms
When you connect or publish to third-party platforms, content and account data may be shared with those platforms according to their own terms and privacy policies. Each platform operates independently and governs its own data practices.
Connected Account Data
When you connect an account from a third-party platform, the service may process account identifiers, profile information returned by authorized API scopes, access tokens, refresh tokens, uploaded media, captions, publishing status, and post metadata needed to provide the integration features.
Use Of API Data
Data obtained through platform APIs is used only to authenticate connected accounts, display account information in the dashboard, upload or publish content requested by authorized users, check publishing status, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service security.
Permissions
The service requests only the permissions needed for the enabled publishing workflow. Basic account information is used to identify the connected account. Content upload and publishing permissions are used only after the user prepares and confirms content for publication.
Sharing Of Information
Information is not sold. Information may be shared with connected platforms only as needed to provide the requested integration features. Information may also be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate the service or disclosed when required by law.
Storage and Security
Media and application data may be stored in the configured infrastructure, including database, cache, object storage, and server logs. Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict unauthorized access.
Retention
Information is retained as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, troubleshoot issues, or meet legal and security requirements. Users may request deletion of content or account data where applicable.
Account Disconnection And Data Deletion
Users may disconnect any connected account from the dashboard or request deletion of related data held by this service. After disconnection, the service will no longer use that account's tokens for publishing. To request deletion or disconnection assistance, email support@homestronhold.top.
